
Alexandra Morgan Carrasco, an American professional soccer player plays as a striker for San Diego Wave FC (NWSL) and is captain of the San Diego Wave FC. She was also co-captain for the United States women's soccer team from 2018 through 2020 alongside Megan Rapinoe as well as Carli Lloyd. [8][9] Morgan was picked as number one in the Western New York Flash's 2011 WPS Draft shortly after she completed her degree early at the University of California, Berkeley. Morgan played for the California Golden Bears. Morgan made her debut as a professional at the time and played a major role in the team's winning the league title. Morgan was 22 at the time and was the youngest player in the national team for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2011. The team came in second.
